About Me
I never wanted to be a mother
But at nineteen I found myself pregnant after being date raped. It was in that place of what felt like abandonment and betrayal from Jesus that I was taken on the most beautiful journey of my life.
Motherhood.
Now here I sit, fourteen years later, married to a pastor, with four kids, heaven-bent on telling the world that choosing life was Worth It. And ultimately, the life I chose wasn't just my daughters, or even my own.
Jesus was the life I chose.
He is my biggest passion and the reason behind my every word. I owe Him everything.
I've been honored and humbled to tell His story of unfathomable grace and love as He has written it in my life.
Our family
Alex and I married in 2012 when Adrianne was two. We went on to have three more love nuggets, Aunaleigh, Tristan, & Braedyn. We homeschool, climb mountains, and pastor together as a family.
Writing journey
I have a BS in Mass Communications with a concentration in film. I thought I would forever be a screenwriter and used to take offense if someone mentioned writing a book. But here we are.
My writing style is sometimes an interesting blend of the two mediums.
